Former minister Namal Rajapaksa has denied links to a cryptocurrency company.

Rajapaksa’s media unit said there is no truth to the claims of a link between Rajapaksa and a company named “Onmax DT” which handles CryptoMining and Bitcoin transactions.

“Rajapaksa has no connection with the aforementioned company or any party related to it,” its media department said.

OnmaxDT presents itself as seeking to create a solid economic environment for all by exploiting the knowledge and experience of those who have experience in the field of digital marketing.

This is accomplished by transforming experienced and novice individuals into entrepreneurial investors, generating jobs and expanding technical expertise.
