Stellar Lumen has added an extra level to their quest, which will allow learners to earn XLM and NFT badges for completing each level. The blockchain-based payment network has unveiled Level 3, the hardest level of Stellar Quest Learn. Following the launch of the education platform in October 2022, the team continuously tweaked the platform to meet demand based on consumer feedback. As such, Stellar Quest Learn has become more engaging, user-friendly, and educational. Every category of learners is accommodated at Stellar Quest, whether beginner or expert.
Most learners acquire knowledge of basic operation and configuration operations at the account level. The new level added is an advanced phase of the learning process. Learners will face bump streaks, referrals, recoveries, claimable balances, and cash pools. Notably, participants can go directly to level 3 of Stellar Quest, skipping the previous stages. However, there is a catch. They will lose the NFT badge gain if they haven’t completed the previous levels.
XLM rewards for completing Stellar Quest levels
Learners will also earn XLM rewards in addition to NFT badges for completing a Stellar Quest level. Stellar Quest customers are entitled to 100 XLM in rewards to share across all tiers. While learners who complete level one would get 20 XLMs, there are 30 XLMs to complete the second phase. More interestingly, the reward for completing Tier 3, the hardest, is 50 XLM. Stellar wrote in his blog post that it is necessary to log in or create an Albedo wallet to receive XLM rewards and NFT badges. Albedo is the official wallet of Stella Quest.
Most of Stellar Quest’s answers are about confusing the onboarding process. A survey of the situation pointed out that many users are new to blockchain. These users find it difficult to set up a crypto wallet and they often quit before attempting a quest. As a solution, the team introduced an introductory quest called Pioneer Quest. It will teach beginners what a wallet is, how to set it up and what it is for. Although Albedo was the case study, those interested can apply the information to other crypto wallets.
Additionally, the team has suspended the requirement to connect a wallet before attempting a quest. Learners can learn the Stellar Operations variation without earning XLM rewards or NFT badges for completing a quest. This is a great advantage for people who want to complete a quest or two just for educational purposes.
The team will continuously release more side quests and features to the network in addition to the recently released level 3. Stellar Quest Learn will add side quests that teach how to increase transactions and create NFTs. Additionally, the Stellar Quest Live event could take place before the end of the year.
